Part 1: Terms and Conditions

1. Ownership and Service Provision

WiFree Network and Hotspot (DTI Registered as: WIFREE NETWORK AND HOTSPOT INTERNET VENDING MACHINE TRADING) is a provider of connectivity software and digital vending solutions. We own and operate the WiFree Hotspot infrastructure and voucher generation system. By purchasing a voucher, you enter into a service agreement directly with the Company for digital access credits.

2. Voucher Purchases and Payments

• Service Nature: We sell digital access codes (vouchers) that grant temporary connectivity through our managed hotspot infrastructure.
• Payment Processing: All digital payments (GCash, Maya, etc.) are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Xendit.
• Finality of Sale: Due to the instant delivery of digital voucher codes, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If a code is defective, please contact technical support for a replacement.

3. Independent Hosting Partners

Our hardware may be hosted at various physical locations by independent contractors ("Hosts"). These Hosts provide space, power, and local equipment maintenance; however, the billing system, voucher generation, and network software are exclusively managed by the Company. Hosts are not authorized to process payments or act as the primary merchant.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the WiFree Network for illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, hacking, or distributing malware. Prohibited use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

In compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), we collect only the minimum data necessary to provide service:

• Technical Data: Device MAC address and type (for session management).
• Transaction Data: Payment reference numbers and timestamps (to verify purchases).
• Usage Data: Connection duration and data consumption (to fulfill voucher limits).

2. Use and Sharing of Data

Data is used solely for service delivery, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting. We share payment metadata with our gateway partner, Xendit, strictly to verify transactions. We do not sell or trade your personal information.

3. Security Measures

We implement technical security measures, including hardware encryption and secure API webhooks, to protect End-User data from unauthorized access or tampering, in line with industry security standards.
